Family planning is a crucial human right integral to gender equality, women’s empowerment, and poverty reduction. In Nigeria and other developing regions, around 257 million women seeking to avoid pregnancy lack access to safe family planning methods, hindering their ability to shape a prosperous future. Despite efforts by individuals and organizations in Nigeria to promote family planning innovations, many impactful solutions remain overlooked due to limited visibility, funding, and collaborative platforms. To address this gap, there’s a need for an ecosystem fostering visibility, funding opportunities, and collaboration to unlock the untapped potential of transformative family planning innovations in Nigeria.
